We believe in the quality of Clowbe Cloud VPS services. We will do our best to meet your requirements. If you still decide to cancel the ordered service, we will refund the fee you paid.
Right to Refund
During the first 30 days of activating the Service, you have the right to get back the fees paid for hosting services. The condition for receiving the paid amount back is that you have made a written request for this before the 30th day of the payment made.
No right to refund
Clowbe services that are an exception to the right to refund the paid amounts are domain registration and transfer fees, data migration and transfer fees, and paid requests to the Support Department.
In case you decide to cancel Clowbe hosting services or request a refund, please note the following conditions:
Your request will be honored and we will refund the amount back to the payment method we received it from.
